Shipping Policy

We are happy to serve you and we will provide you with excellent service and safe browsing experience. In order to let you have a pleasant shopping experience, we will inform you some details about the shipping policy to avoid some unnecessary follow-ups that will bring you unhappiness.

1. Shipping range
Our store only accepts shipping for US orders at this time, we do not accept orders from other countries, please be sure to note this if you are in another country. We hope to expand our shipping range in the near future. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.


2. Shipping costs
We aim to provide our customers with a great shopping experience, so we are responsible for shipping costs and shipping taxes on all items in our store.


Note: All prices shown on our website do not include taxes, so you will need to pay taxes on your purchases.

3. Shipping
After we receive your paid order, we will do our best to fulfill the order as quickly as possible. If your order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, we will begin processing your order on the following Monday (excluding holidays). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you!

4. Shipping Time
After we receive your paid order, it takes 1-3 business days for the warehouse to prepare the order. After the warehouse prepares the order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. When your confirmation is complete, we will notify the shipment, the package is expected to take 7-10 business days to reach you.

Note: Packages may be affected by flights, weather conditions and other external factors, resulting in differences in shipping time or loss, we are not responsible. Please refer to the tracking information number we provide for the most accurate delivery date.

If you need to receive your shipment by a specific date or would like expedited service, please be sure to leave a note at the time of payment and/or email us at customer@hopewishes.com. Please note that orders placed during the holiday season may take longer to process. We are not responsible for delivery delays. We will do our best to accommodate your request and appreciate your understanding and patience.

We can only ship to one address for an order, if you wish to ship to more than one address, you must pay separately

We provide a great experience and a safe environment. All orders come with tracking information. For other shipping arrangements, we recommend contacting our service team at customer@hopewishes.com.

5. Cancellation
If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund with no processing fee. Please email customer@hopewishes.com. If the order has been in stock for more than 24 hours or has already been shipped from our warehouse, we will not accept a cancellation request. We apologize for this!
