Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to our store!
We are happy to serve you and we will provide you with excellent service and safe browsing experience. We practice 15 days return and refund, that is, contact us within 15 working days after you receive the goods and explain the reason.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can ask for a return at any time.We accept returns and refunds for both defective and non-defective items.In short, as long as you are not satisfied with our products, you can ask for a return at any time, and we will cover the return shipping cost and shipping tax, and there is no need for any re-stocking fee.

Order Cancellation
If an order is canceled within 24 hours of purchase, we will issue a full refund without any handling fee. Please email customer@hopewishes.com. We will not accept cancellation requests if the order is older than 24 hours or if the order has already shipped. We apologize for this!

Return Procedure
1. Please contact us at customer@hopewishes.com and explain your return request.
Note: Receipt or proof of purchase and product photos are required.
2. We review your return request to see if it complies with our policy, please be patient, we are also expediting the process!
3. After we agree with your return request, we will send you a free return label and return address by email, please mail the product to the address we provided.
Note:You need to print/download the return label and paste it on the package to be returned, which should contain the original product and any other accessories and freebies.
4. After our warehouse receives the product, the warehouse will check your return within 1-3 business days, if it meets our return conditions, we will notify you and issue you a refund.
Note: In returns, if the item cannot be delivered or is lost because the customer did not post the item to the address we provided, the customer assumes all responsibility.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time, if you would like a new one, please return the item and then place a new order.

Refunds
If our warehouse confirms that your return is in order, we will issue you a full refund (no handling fee). The refund will be credited to your original payment account within 5-10 business days depending on your original payment method.

Note: Your bank or credit card company will also take some time to process the refund, usually 1-3 days for PayPal and 3-5 days for credit card companies.

If it has taken more than 15 business days for us to approve your refund and you have not received any refund, please contact us at customer@hopewishes.com. We will check the reason for you.


Important Tips:
1. For logistics tracking information, unless the delivery address is incorrect, we will not be able to provide a refund once the logistics tracking information shows delivery and claims that you have not received your order!
2. If you purchase our products on Saturday or Sunday, the order processing will start from the next Monday (excluding holidays).
3. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item received at the warehouse does not meet our return criteria
